The Fit Camp ride on Saturday will be a Level 2 ride to Hall Place meeting at 1.00pm.
There will be an off road MTB ride at 2.00pm with Denis.
On Sunday, there is only one ride out to The Green Roof Cafe. It will be a different route to normal and I have classed it as a Level 3.5. We can sort out an extension from there for the more advanced riders.
Limited Edition Cycling All Abilities Road Show - following on from our trip to the Surrey Super Cycle, we have arranged to lay on a road show at Wyborne School in New Eltham. The lovely people from Wheels For All in Surrey, are bringing a range of bikes to show prospective funders and partners what we are trying to achieve with our Wheels For All Appeal. It will take place on Friday 19th October. If you would like to come and help, you must have a valid CRB check, your work one will do. Please let me know through the link above.
We all wish Jack a speedy recovery after his accident. He broke his arm doing a fast lap around the Top Gear Test Track. The Stig would have been proud as he got on his bike and rode 2 miles to finish his lap, with his broken arm!
