This Weekend 1st and 2nd December 2012

Hi Everyone,

I'm afraid some of this weekends rides will be cancelled. I've not been very well this week and will not be riding the bike this weekend.

Kids Club @ LEC will take place as usual on Saturday at 9.30am, but please make sure the youngsters are dressed appropriately!

There will be an off road ride with Denis on Saturday at 1.00pm, meeting at the cafe.

Fit Camp at 1.00pm is CANCELLED.

At the moment, there is NO SUNDAY RIDE unless I have a volunteer to lead it. If anyone has a route they would like to do, please let me know and I will pop it up here for every one to see.

If you do go out over the weekend, make sure you wrap up warm and be careful of the smaller lanes, they stay icy all day!

We need more people to come forward and act as Ride Captains from time to time, otherwise we will have to cancel rides. I have led rides most weeks and frankly guys, I'm worn out and run down and need help!
